Can I purchase your wedding stationery anywhere else?
our wedding stationery is not sold anywhere else but our online boutique.
Do you have a physical store that is open to the public?
Interprintations is only an online boutique, allowing us to serve customers nationwide.
What wording should I use on my wedding invitations?
All of our invitations are shown with only the suggested wording. There are numerous ways that you can relay your information (and your parents' information, should you choose) to your guests. For more wording options, we suggest this article on www.elegala.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are capable of shipping internationally. However, please be advised that you will incur the additional shipping fees associated with international shipping.
Do you have samples available?
Samples can be ordered for $1.00 per each item requested. Please note that these will have generic text and are for preview purposes only. Samples will also include a printed color sheet, in order to help you select the right colors for your wedding invitations.

Will you preassemble my invitations?
At this time, we do not preassemble invitations. The invitations and other printed stationery will be separated from their envelopes.
When will you process my payment?
Your initial 50% deposit will process in 1-3 days, and will be applied to your final balance. The remaining balance is due upon order completion (4-8 weeks, depending on the size of your order).
Should I order my invitations and other items together or separately?
In order to reduce your shipping fees, we recommend that you consolidate your purchases into one order.
When should I order my wedding invitations?
Once you finalize your wedding details, you should order your invitations. When it comes to wedding planning, it's better to be ahead of schedule! Our recommendation is to order your invitations and other stationery approximately 4-5 months before your wedding. This will allow you plenty of time to receive your order, address the envelopes, assemble them and apply postage. Your invitations should be mailed 8-10 weeks before your wedding date.

Do you charge sales tax?
Because our company is located in the state of Indiana, only Indiana residents will incur the 7% sales tax. Residents outside the state will not be charged any sales tax.
Does Interprintations offer any discounts?
Yes, occasionally we will run special discount programs throughout the year. Keep checking our homepage or join our mailing list to receive information on the latest promotions.

What paper options do you offer?
We can print your stationery on either 80-lb. matte, 80 lb. linen (textured) or 100-lb. linen card stock.
Do you create custom designs from scratch?
Yes. If you have something in mind, we would be happy to design something uniquely for you. Please email us for more details.
What type of printing do you use when making my invitations?
Our wedding invitations are printed by a digital printing press (with the exception of the tags, labels and stickers). Because of this advanced printing process, you are not limited to the amounts or types of color used.
What size and color are your envelopes available in?

Are envelopes included with my purchase?
Yes, envelopes are included with all applicable stationery items.
Will you address my envelopes?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at this time.
I want to make some changes to the font/color/border/etc. of my invitation selection. What should I do?
First we'll need to make sure that the stationery design you're interested in can be altered. Please send us an email inquiry with the changes you'd like us to make. We will let you know if these edits are doable. Please note that the more changes you request, the longer it might take to get an e-proof to you. We'll work as quickly as possible to edit your invitation accordingly and get an e-proof to you in a timely manner.
